About Sanjay Paragi
Sanjay lives with his parents and his brother Sunil in a small mud hut in a remote village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals, and they don’t have access to electricity. The well the family uses is over half a mile from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
His father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. His mother is a homemaker, and even though he is very young, Sanjay helps with household chores. Sanjay aspires to become a doctor one day. He likes to play with his younger brother. He enjoys reading, playing with toys, and playing cricket. His favorite foods are chicken and chapatti. Please pray for Sanjay; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Sanjay needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
