About Nitesh Choudhary
Nitesh lives with his mother, father, and two brothers, Nitin and Vipin. They live in a very small, poor village in Central India. His father works as a tailor. His family are first-generation Christians and enjoy praying together and reading the Bible every day. They love to attend their small village church every time the doors open.
Their home is a small, one-room mud hut located near a river. The family must carry jugs to the village well, located over 500 meters away, to fetch water for their daily use. The family's diet is very simple, consisting of dal (lentils), white rice, and chapati, an Indian flatbread. On very special occasions, they will kill a chicken and enjoy chicken curry, or their dad might catch a fish if he is lucky.
Please pray for Nitesh, his family, and his village. It is very difficult to be a Christian family in India, a mainly Hindu country and they are first-generation Christians and often face persecution. Pray that they will be strong in their faith and continue to grow in the Lord. Your sponsorship provides education to Nitesh, school supplies, lunch, clothes and shoes, and other basic needs.
Thank you for bringing Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Nitesh!
