About Vaishnavi Vishwakarma
Vaishnavi is a sweet girl who started attending Oasis of Love in July of 2018. She faces many challenges, including speech and walking impairments. Despite her mental and physical disabilities, Vaishnavi enjoys learning. At Oasis, she has the opportunity to practice the alphabet, study numbers, learn new dances, and develop her motor skills. Oasis also provides Vaishnavi with a community of faithful friends and loving mentors who can encourage her daily.
Vaishnavi enjoys traveling with her brother, Ganesh, to school each day on the Oasis bus. When she is not in school, Vaishnavi is looked after by her mother while her father works as a carpenter. In her free time, she loves to dance and play with dolls. One of her favorite dishes is traditional Indian vegetarian. Vaishnavi is grateful to receive a new uniform, socks, shoes, and bag so she can attend school at Oasis.
