About Sumanpreet Kaur
Sumanpreet Kaur lives with her parents in a brick and mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The village is located in the plains. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals and they get their water from a faucet outside their house.
Sumanpreet helps with cooking meals and doing household chores. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Sumanpreet wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys dancing, singing and reading along with playing kho-kho (an Indian game) and soccer. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetarian and chapatti.
Please pray for Sumanpreet as she comes from a Sikh family with no believers. Sumanpreet needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
