About Savitri Devi
Savitri Devi lives with her parents and two brothers in a small mud hut in a remote village in Central India. The village is located in mountainous jungles near a river. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals.
Savitri helps her parents with household chores, tending livestock and gardening. Her father is a farmer, while her mother is a homemaker. Savitri wants to become a teacher one day. She loves to read and enjoys singing along with playing kho-kho (an Indian game) and volleyball. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, chapatti, and mutton.
Please pray for Savitri; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Savitri needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
