About Sajiya Khan
Sajiya lives with her parents, one brother, and two sisters in a small mud house in a rural town in Central India. The climate in this town is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The town is located in a mountainous area. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals, which they must gather every day. The water well the family uses is 50 meters from their home. They have no running water at their home and must carry their water every day.
Sajiya enjoys helping with household chores. Her father is a low-wage laborer and her mother is a homemaker. Sajiya wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys singing and reading along with playing kho-kho and board games. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chicken, chapatti, mutton, and fish.
Please pray for Sajiya as she comes from a Muslim family with no believers. Sajiya needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniforms, books, school bags, and other basic needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Sajiya!
