About Roshni Gound
Roshni Gound lives with her parents, one brother, and one sister in a mud hut in a small village in Central India. The village is located in the jungle and in a mountainous area where the climate is hot. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 1000 meters from their home.
Roshni helps with fetching water from the well and cooking meals. Her father is a laborer and her mother is a homemaker. Roshni wants to become a lawyer one day. She enjoys singing and playing kho-kho (an Indian game). Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, and chapatti.
Please pray for Roshni; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Roshni needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
