About Pooja Ahirwar
NOTE: Pooja Ahirwar has Graduated from College in 2023 with a Master's Degree! THANK YOU, SPONSORS!!!
Pooja is a nice Christian young lady. She lives in a town in Central India together with her parents, one brother, and one sister. Her parents, Mahendra and Sharda, are first-generation Christians. They are very poor. With the help of Mid India Mission, her father received training to become a physiotherapist and now he works at the Oasis of Love, a school for handicapped and mentally challenged children. However, his income is not big enough to cover the college tuition costs for Pooja.
From her childhood, Pooja's dream has been to become a teacher. Now she has been accepted to a college in Central India, but her family can not afford the tuition. The cost is $100 per month, which includes all tuition, books, supplies, and basic personal supplies. This teaching program is a two-year program and she will graduate in the summer of 2021.
Thank you for helping Pooja to fulfill her dream to be a teacher. Please pray for her and her family as they face persecution from being Christian believers in a mainly Hindu town. And thank you for providing hope, dignity, and a future to Pooja!
