About Nirma Kharadi
Nirma lives with her parents, two brothers, Ashok and Nikil, and one sister, Manisha, in a small mud house in a remote village in West India. This village is located in a valley and often experiences droughts. The climate in this village is hot and humid. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals as a result of the fact that they do not have electricity. In order to get water for all their daily needs, Manisha's family has to walk about 1,000 meters to the closest well.
Her father is an unskilled low-wage laborer and her mother is a homemaker. Nirma helps her parents with household chores. Nirma wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys playing kho-kho (an Indian game). Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Nirma comes from a Christian family; they are attending church each Sunday. Nirma needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Nirma!
