About Naval Ram

Naval lives with his parents, one brother, and five sisters in a mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located in a mountainous area. The family uses wood and dried cow pies as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 500 meters from their home.

Naval helps with daily chores, tending livestock, and fetching water from the well. His father is a farmer while his mother is a homemaker. Naval wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys dancing and reading along with playing hopscotch. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, veggies, chicken, chapatti and mutton.

Although they are still Hindu, they attend church each Sunday. They are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Naval and his family. Naval needs your help to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
