About Lakshay Ahari
Lakshay lives with his parents and brother, Prakush, in a mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located near a river. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 2000 meters from their home which has no running water.
Lakshay helps with gardening and household chores. His father is a laborer while his mother is a homemaker. Lakshay wants to become a lawyer one day. He enjoys dancing and singing along with playing board games. His favorite foods are dal (lentils) and chapatti.
Please pray for Lakshay as he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Lakshay needs your help to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
