About Kishan Lal Gamati
Kishan lives with his parents, two brothers and two sisters in a mud house in a small village in West India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located in a mountainous area. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 200 meters from their home.
Kishan helps with gardening, fetching water, cooking meals, household chores and babysitting his siblings. His father is a farmer while his mother is a homemaker. Kishan wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys dancing and singing along with playing soccer and cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken and chapatti.
Please pray for Kishan as he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Kishan needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag and other needs.
