About Kiran Kumari
Kiran is from the Bheel Tribe and lives with her parents, one brother, and two sisters in a mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons and is located in a mountainous area. The family uses wood and dried cow pies as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 350 meters from their home and their home has no running water.
Kiran helps with tending livestock, gardening, and household chores. Kiran wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys dancing, reading, and playing Sitolia (Seven Stones Game). Her favorite foods are rice, chicken, chapatti, and mutton.
Although they are still Hindu, they attend church each Sunday. They are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Kiran and her family. Kiran needs your support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Kiran!
