About Kalpana Ahari
Kalpana Ahari lives with her parents, one brother, and two sisters in a mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons and is located near a river. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 1000 meters from their home.
Kalpana helps with household chores. Her father is a farmer while her mother is a homemaker. Kalpana wants to become a doctor one day. She enjoys singing and reading along with playing kho-kho (an Indian game) and soccer. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Please pray for Kalpana as she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Kalpana needs your help to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Kalpana!
