About Kailashi Gamati

Kailashi Gamati lives with her parents, two brothers and four sisters in a mud house in a small village in West India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located in a mountainous area. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 1000 meters from their home.
Kailashi helps with gardening, fetching water, cooking meals, household chores and babysitting her siblings. Her father is a farmer while her mother is a homemaker. Kailashi wants to become a seamstress one day. She enjoys dancing and singing along with playing soccer and badminton. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), chicken and chapatti.
Please pray for Kailashi as she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Kailashi needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag and other needs.
