About Jozi Khan

Jozi’s father has worked for Mid India Christian Mission for 18 years. He was first hired as a computer teacher and now works as an office accountant. He is a very hard-working, trustworthy, and honest man. Jozi’s mom is a housewife. Jozi has one sister. Her family are not Christians yet.

Jozi was in our Asha program and graduated high school with very good grades. She is a very bright student and enthusiastically participated in all activities. Jozi is a very beloved and kind girl.

She has worked very hard, taking a year from education to prepare for the National Entrance Exam test for a Medical Science field, and has chosen Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. This degree includes the use of ancient Indian alternate medicine of using herbs, roots, plant leaves, and spices.

This course is very expensive and her parents can only afford half of the tuition, or $200 a month. Jozi is praying for a sponsor to help with the other half of the costs, which will be $200 a month.

Jozi loves to read, listen to music, play carom (an Indian board game), and chess. She loves people and is very helpful. Her favorite foods are biryani (a rice delicacy) and chicken korma. Winter is her favorite season. She likes to help her mom at home. Thank you for giving her this dream!!
