About Hezal Ahari
Hezal lives with her parents and her sister, Sonal, in a small mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry and experiences drought seasons. They are located near a river. The family uses wood and cow pies as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 1000 meters from their home and they have to carry water every day as their hut has no running water.
Hezal helps with chores like gardening and tending the livestock. Her father is a government officer while her mother is a homemaker. Hezal wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys dancing along with playing cricket. Her favorite foods are veggies, chicken, and chapatti.
Hezal comes from a Christian family. They attend church each Sunday and pray together daily. Hezal needs your help to provide her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Hezal!
