About Bakhshis Singh

Bakhshis lives with his parents, grandfather, two brothers, and two sisters in a brick-and-mud house in a small village in North-West India. The village is located in a valley. The climate in this village is hot and humid in the summer and cold in the winter. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.

Bakhshis helps with babysitting siblings. His father is a laborer while his mother is a homemaker. Bakhshis wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading along with playing cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, veggies, and chicken.

Although they are still Sikh, they attend church each Sunday and are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Bakhshis and his family. Bakhshis needs your help to provide his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
