About Aradhana Bhagora

Aradhana Bhagora lives with her parents and two brothers, Ajay Bhagora and Abhishek Katara, in a small brick and concrete house in a remote village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals as they cannot afford propane. They are blessed to have a water well only 300 feet from their home.

Her father is an unskilled laborer, which means he gets arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. Her mother is a homemaker and Aradhana helps her with household chores, gardening, fetching water, and tending the livestock. Aradhana wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys reading, singing, and dancing along with playing soccer, cricket, and kho-kho. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chicken. Aradhana comes from a devoted Christian family. They attend church each Sunday, read the Bible daily, and pray together daily. Aradhana needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.

Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Aradhana!
