About Anjana Ahari
Anjana Ahari lives with her parents and sister, Ravina, in a mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located near a river. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 1000 meters from their home.
Anjana helps with chores the best she can. Her father is a shopkeeper while her mother is a homemaker. Anjana wants to become a social worker one day. She enjoys reading and playing board games and badminton. Her favorite foods are rice and chicken.
