About Anjali Singh

Anjali comes from a small village in Central India. She has one brother. Her her mother is a housewife and her father is a village preacher. Despite persecution, he loves to share the good news of God's love with others. The family's financial condition is not good but they want Anjali to have a safe, good education.

Anjali was blessed to join the Mercy Home family in July of 2024. She likes the sweet Christian atmosphere there and her new school. She loves the daily devotionals and enjoys singing and dancing and praising the Lord. Anjali is an intelligent girl and loves to study. She wants to become a nurse someday and serve humanity. In her spare time, Anjali likes to play volleyball and kho-kho (an Indian village game). Her favorite foods are rice, lentils, and chicken curry. Her favorite color is pink.
