About Afroz Khan
Afroz lives in a small town in Central India. He belongs to a very poor family. Afroz has been attending the Oasis of Love school since 2007. Oasis of Love gives him a sense of dignity and belonging. Due to his mental disability, Afroz can't speak properly. Even though his disability is preventing him from advancing academically, he still loves coming to school by our school bus six days a week. He enjoys participating in class and loves to sing praise and worship songs. He also enjoys school picnic outings. He loves to play carrom and soccer with his friends. Afroz is very fond of spicy food. He was very happy and thankful to receive a new uniform, shoes, socks, a raincoat, and a school bag. Please pray for Afroz and his family.
