About Kushba Kumari Ahari
Kushba is from a small, remote village in Western India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. She lives with her parents and two sisters in a mud hut. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals, and they don’t have access to electricity. The water well the family uses is over one kilometer from their home which means gathering water each day is laborious and time-consuming.
Her father is an unskilled laborer. Her mother is a homemaker and Kushba helps her with gardening, household chores, tending livestock, and babysitting siblings. Kushba wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys reading, singing, and dancing, along with playing kho-kho. Her favorite foods are rice, vegetables, and chicken. Please pray for Kushba; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Kushba needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Kushba!
