About Bikram Singh

Bikram lives with his parents, two brothers, and three sisters in a brick-and-mud house in a small village in North-West India. The village is located in a valley. The climate in this village is hot and humid in the summer and cold in the winter. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.

Bikram helps with tending their livestock. His father is a low-wage laborer while his mother is a teacher. Bikram wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading along with playing cricket. His favorite foods are rice, veggies, and chicken.

Bikram comes from a Christian family. They are attending church each Sunday. Bikram needs your help to provide his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
