About Anjleena Kaur
Anjleena Kaur lives with her parents, grandparents, two brothers, and sister in a brick-and-mud house in a small village in North-West India. The village is located in a valley. The climate in this village is hot and humid in the summer and cold in the winter. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. Their home has no running water but they are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.
Anjleena helps with fetching water from the well and other household chores. Her father is a preacher while her mother is a homemaker. She enjoys dancing, singing, reading, and playing kho-kho. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, veggies, and chapatti.
Anjleena comes from a Christian family. They attend church each Sunday, read the Bible, and pray together daily. Anjleena needs your help to provide her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Anjleena!
