About Ashish Ahari
Ashish Ahari lives with his parents in a mud house in a small village in North India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The village is located near a river. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 800 meters from their home.
Ashish helps with fetching water from the well in jugs as their home as no running water. He also helps with other household chores. His father is a laborer while his mother is a homemaker. Ashish wants to become a social worker one day. He enjoys reading along with playing soccer and cricket. His favorite foods are veggies and chapatti.
Ashish comes from a Christian family. They are attending church each Sunday. Ashish needs your help to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
