About Gajendra Gameti
Gajendra is from the Bheel Tribe and lives with his parents and his sister, Hasina, in a mud house in a small village in Northern India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons and is located in a mountainous area. The family uses wood and dried cow pies as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over 300 meters from their home.
Gajendra helps his parents by fetching water from the well and doing other household chores. His father is a farmer while his mother is a homemaker. Gajendra wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys dancing, singing, reading, and playing Gilli Danda (an Indian stick game).
Although they are still Hindu, they attend church each Sunday. They are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Gajendra and his family. Gajendra needs your help to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Gajendra!
