About Arshiya Fatima
Arshiya lives with her parents in a brick-and-mud house in a town in Central India. The climate in this town is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 50 meters from their home. They have no running water at their house and must walk every day to carry water from the well.
Arshiya helps with household chores. Her father is an office assistant while her mother is a homemaker. Arshiya wants to become an engineer one day. She enjoys singing and reading along with playing carom and playing outside with other children. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetarian, chicken, and fish.
Please pray for Arshiya as she comes from a Muslim family with no believers. Arshiya needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniforms, books, school bags, and other basic needs.
