About Simon Nathaniyal

Simon lives with his parents and one sister, Allin, in a brick-and-mud house in a town in Central India. The climate in this town is hot and humid. The town is located in a mountainous area. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is about 20 meters from their home. They have no running water in their home, so every day they carry jugs of water from the well.

Simon enjoys helping with household chores. His father is a driver while his mother is a homemaker. Simon wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys reading along with playing with children outside. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chicken, chapatti, and mutton.

Simon comes from a Christian family. They are attending church each Sunday, and they read their Bible and pray together daily. Simon needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, uniforms, books, school bags, and other needs.
