About Yuvraj Bhalse
Yuvraj came to the Mercy Home from a remote village in Central India where he lived with his parents and his older sister, Tanisha. The family is very poor. They are first-generation Christians. His father is a painter. He works for daily wages but struggles to find work every day, especially during the monsoon seasons. His mother is a homemaker. They face many hardships as they try to provide for their family and also face persecution for their faith. The parents are illiterate and want their children to have a good education.
Yuvraj and his sister Tanisha are so grateful to be welcomed to the Mercy Home family! Yuvraj loves to study and enjoys reading. Yuvraj aspires to be a doctor when he grows up. In his spare time, Yuvraj enjoys playing badminton and cricket with his new friends. His favorite foods are lentils, rice, chicken, and chapatti.
