About Sonu Jaiswal
Sonu Jaiswal lives with his parents, one brother and one sister in a brick and mud house in a small village in Central India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The village is located near a river. Because they experience intermittent electricity, the family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 300 meters from their home.
Sonu helps with household chores. His father is a laborer while his mother is a homemaker. Sonu wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading along with playing kho-kho (an Indian game). His favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Please pray for Sonu, he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Sonu needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag and other needs.
