About Simranjeet Kulwinder Kaur
Simranjeet lives with her parents, one brother, and one sister in a brick and mud house in a small village located in the plains of North India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals.
Simranjeet helps with household chores. Her father is an unskilled low-wage laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Simranjeet wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys reading and dancing along with playing kho-kho, carom, and a variety of other board games. Her favorite foods are dal, rice, veggies, and chapatti.
Although the family is Sikh, they are attending church each Sunday and exploring Christianity. Please pray for Simranjeet and her family that through these Bible Studies they will accept the good news of Jesus. Simranjeet needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, school uniform, books, school bag, and other essential needs such as shoes, school lunches.
