About Sandhya Tomar
Sandhya Tomar lives with her parents, two brothers and three sisters in a mud house in a small village in Central India. The village is located in the jungle where the climate is hot. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.
Sandhya helps with household chores. Her father is a laborer and her mother is a homemaker. Sandhya wants to become a doctor one day. She enjoys singing and playing kho-kho (an Indian game). Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Although Sandhya and her family are still Hindu, they pray together daily and are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Sandhya and her family. Sandhya needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity and a Future to Sandhya!
