About Roji Kumar

Roji Kumar lives with her parents, her sisters Simran and Pooja, and one brother in a brick and concrete house in a small village located on the plains of Northern India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals. They are blessed to have a water well close to their house so they do not have to carry their water too far.

Roji helps her mother with household chores. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Roji wants to become a nurse one day. Roji loves to read and enjoys playing kho-kho with her sisters and friends. Her favorite foods are vegetarian dishes with dal (lentils), rice, and chapatti. Please pray for Roji; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Roji needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.

Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Roji!
