About Rani Dhakate
Rani Dhakate lives with her parents and two brothers, Vinod and Vicky, in a small mud hut in a remote village surrounded by the jungles of Central India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences periods of monsoons and drought seasons. The family uses propane and wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is not too far from their home. They use large jugs and pots to carry the water for all of their daily cleaning, cooking, and bathing.
Rani helps with fetching water, gardening, cooking meals, and doing other household chores. Her father, Chotu, is a low wage unskilled laborer while his mother, Puneshwari, is a homemaker. Rani's dream is to become a theater artist one day. She enjoys performing in plays, dancing, and reading along with playing volleyball with her friends. Her favorite food is Chinese food.
Please pray for Rani as she comes from a Hindu family with no Christian believers. Rani needs your help and support to provide for her school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs such as shoes and school lunches.
Thank you for providing Hope, Dignity and a Future to Rani!
