About Pragati Singh
Pragati lives with her parents in a mud hut in a remote village in Central India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains and experiences intense heat as well as alternating monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. While the water well is not too far from their house, gathering water for all their daily needs is tedious and laborious.
Her father is a farmer. Her mother is a homemaker. Pragati loves to help her mom with gardening. Pragati wants to become a nurse one day. Pragati loves when someone reads to her and she looks forward to learning how to read in school. She enjoys playing with the ball or playing kho-kho with her friends. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, and chapatti.
Please pray for Pragati; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Pragati needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
