About Naresh Kharadi
Naresh is from a small village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and droughts. Together with his parents, his brother Arpit, and his sister Mariyam he lives in a small mud hut. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is over half a mile from their home.
Naresh comes from a Christian family; they attend church each Sunday and pray together daily. His father is an unskilled laborer; he works at construction sites and in agricultural fields for a little pay. His mother is a homemaker. Even though Naresh is very young, he helps his mother with household chores and babysitting his even younger siblings. Naresh wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys reading, singing, and playing cricket. His favorite foods are rice, chicken, chapatti, and mutton. Naresh needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Naresh!
