About Mandeep Masih
Mandeep Masih lives with his parents and one sister in a brick and concrete house in a small village in Northern India. The village is located on a plain. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals.
Mandeep comes from a Christian family. They attend church each Sunday and pray together daily. His father is a laborer, while his mother is a homemaker. Mandeep helps with household chores and babysitting siblings. Mandeep wants to become a doctor one day. He enjoys reading along with playing kho-kho (an Indian game). His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti. Mandeep needs your help and support to provide for his school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
