About Krishna Gaund

Krishna Gaund lives with her parents and two brothers in a mud hut in a small village in Central India. The village is located in the jungle and in a mountainous area where the climate is hot and dry. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.

Krishna helps with household chores and babysitting siblings. Her father is a laborer and her mother is a homemaker. Krishna wants to become a lawyer one day. She enjoys dancing and reading along with playing soccer. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, and mutton.

Please pray for Krishna; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Krishna needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
