Gavy Gill Singh lives with his parents, one brother, and three sisters in small brick and concrete house in a remote village located on a plain of Northern India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals.
Gavy comes from a Christian family; they attend church each Sunday and pray together daily. His father is a laborer, while his mother is a homemaker. Gavy helps his parents with household chores. Gavy wants to become a doctor one day. He loves to read and enjoys playing cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, and chapatti. Gavy needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
