About Ajeet Dhobi
Ajeet lives with his parents, grandparents, three brothers, and sister in a small brick and mud hut in a remote village located in the jungle of Northern India. The climate in this area is hot and humid and also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals, and they do not have access to electricity. They are blessed to have a water well not too far from their house.
Both of his parents are unskilled laborers, which means they get arduous jobs at construction sites or in agricultural fields. Since both of his parents work outside the home, Ajeet helps with household chores, fetching water from the well, and tending livestock. Ajeet wants to become a teacher one day, and we want to help him get the education he will need to be able to achieve that goal! He enjoys reading along with playing cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Please pray for Ajeet; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Ajeet needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
