About Vikram Kharadi
Vikram lives with his mother and three sisters, Soniya, Seema, and Parvati, in a small mud hut in a remote village in Western India. This area is in a valley that experiences intense heat and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meal. The water well the family uses is about 500 meters from their home, which makes gathering water laborious and time-consuming.
Vikram's father has abandoned the family leaving his mother to raise and take care of their four children by herself. Even though Vikram is young, he helps his momma with household chores. Vikram wants to become a teacher one day. He loves when his mom reads to him and looks forward to learning how to read in school. He enjoys playing soccer. His favorite foods are rice and chicken.
Vikram comes from a Christian family; they pray together daily. Vikram needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Vikram!
