About Veerendra Singh

Veerendra Singh lives with his parents and two brothers in a mud hut in a small village in Central India. The village is located in the jungle and in a mountainous area where the climate is hot. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.
Veerendra helps with fetching water, cooking meals, and tending livestock. His father is a farmer and his mother is a homemaker. Veerendra wants to become a teacher one day. He enjoys reading along with playing cricket and kho-kho (an Indian game). His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, and chapatti.
Please pray for Veerendra; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Veerendra needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
