About Trisha Sen
Trisha lives with her parents and her sister Tanya in a brick and concrete house in a remote village in Central India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains and experiences intense heat as well as alternating monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. While the water well is not too far from their house, gathering water for all their daily needs is tedious and laborious.
Her father is a construction worker. Her mother is a homemaker and Trisha helps her mom with household chores, gardening, fetching water from the well, and cooking meals. Trisha wants to become a doctor one day. She loves to read, sing and dance and enjoys playing soccer, volleyball, carom, (an Indian board game), and kho-kho, an Indian sport that is a bit like a team-based tag. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, chicken, and chapatti.
Please pray for Trisha; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Trisha needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity, and a Future to Trisha!
