About Taranum Bano
Taranum lives with her parents, one brother and four sisters in a mud hut in a small village in Central India. The climate in this village is hot and dry. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The village is located near a river in the jungle. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 500 meters from their home.
Taranum helps with the household chores. Her father is a laborer while her mother is a homemaker. Taranum wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys reading along with playing kho-kho (an Indian game). Her favorite foods are dal (lentils) and rice.
Please pray for Taranum as she comes from a Muslim family with no believers. Taranum needs your help and support in providing for school fees, uniform, books, school bag and other needs.
