About Tanya Rajak
Tanya Rajak lives with her parents and one brother in a brick and mud house in a town in Central India. The town is located in a plains where the climate is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses propane as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is in close proximity to their home.
Tanya helps with fetching water and household chores. Her father is a washerman (someone who collects and washes clothes for a living) and her mother is a homemaker. Tanya wants to become a teacher one day. She enjoys dancing, singing, and playing kho-kho (an Indian game). Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti.
Please pray for Tanya; she comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Tanya needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag, and other needs.
