About Subhadra Rohit
Subhadra is a beautiful and helpful woman. She lives with her parents. They are a poor family. Because she uses crutches in order to walk, she comes to school by auto rickshaw. Due to her disability, Subhadra was not able to complete her education and she was constantly mistreated and put down by her classmates and the teachers. Even though she is past the school age, she is so happy that now she has an opportunity to continue with her education at our Oasis of Love School and also receive some life skills which will help her make money to provide for herself and her family.
Subhadra loves to sew, knit and do other craft work. Subhadra now has dignity and feels proud to take that money home for her family and is thankful for this opportunity. Subhadra loves singing praise and worship songs. She loves to eat non-vegetarian food. She also helps her mother with household chores. Subhadra loves wearing colorful clothes and taking part in the school's cultural activities.
