About Shubpreet Kaur
Shubpreet lives with her parents and one brother in a brick and concrete house in a small village located on the plains of Northern India. The climate in this village is hot and humid. This area also experiences monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood and propane as fuel to cook their meals.
Shubpreet comes from a Christian family, they attend church each Sunday and pray together daily. Her father is a laborer, while her mother is a homemaker. Shubpreet helps her parents with household chores. Shubpreet wants to become a nurse one day. She loves to read and enjoys playing carom. Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti. Shubpreet needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
