About Shivraj Singh
Shivraj lives with his parents and his younger sister Shalini in a small mud hut in a remote village in Central India. This area is in a jungle in the mountains and experiences intense heat as well as alternating monsoon and drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. While the water well is not too far from their house, gathering water for all their daily needs is tedious and laborious.
His father is a farmer. His mother is a homemaker and Shivraj helps with gardening, cooking meals, and fetching water from the well. Shivraj wants to become a social worker one day. He enjoys singing and dancing along with playing cricket. His favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, chicken, and chapatti.
Please pray for Shivraj; he comes from a Hindu family with no believers. Shivraj needs your help and support to provide for school fees, uniform, books, school bag, and other needs.
