About Shivani Khairwar
Shivani Khairwar lives with her parents, one brother, and two sisters in a mud hut in a small village in Central India. The village is located in the jungle where the climate is hot. This area also experiences drought seasons. The family uses wood as fuel to cook their meals. The water well the family uses is 200 meters from their home.
Shivani helps with cooking meals and household chores. Her father is a laborer and her mother is a homemaker. Shivani wants to become a nurse one day. She enjoys reading and playing kho-kho (an Indian game). Her favorite foods are dal (lentils), rice, vegetables, and chapatti.
Although Shivani and her family are still Hindu, they are attending church each Sunday and are exploring Christianity. Please pray for Shivani and her family. Shivani needs your help and support to provide for school fees, a uniform, books, a school bag and other needs.
Thank you for helping provide Hope, Dignity and a Future for Shivani!
